优质护理理念在儿童医院神经内科临床带教中应用探析

[摘 要] 神经内科儿童患者由于年龄小、表达能力差,很多家长也显得无能为力,加之该类疾病一般发病迅速,家长较为着急和焦虑,这就为临床护理提出了更高的要求.儿童医院神经内科临床带教的主要方法是选拔经验丰富的带教老师、根据护生水平分组并帮助其增强业务能力,并适时改进带教措施,将优质护理理念逐渐融入到工作的各环节.带教质量考评标准制定方面,对全部护生的业务技能进行评估,且评价护生服务的满意度.通过优质的护理带教可以让护生接受到更贴近患者内心的带教,进而改善其护理效果.此外, 采取优质护理理念来进行带教,可以将临床知识更好的和实际操作相结合,有助于护生更深入的理解所学的知识.对其做综合的分析和评价,再依据取得的效果及时加以改进,以确保带教活动在不断的评价和改进中顺利、有序的实施.

[Abstract] The age of children in the department of neurology is young, the expression ability is worse, and many parents feel powerless, and the morbidity of the disease is rapid, and the parents feel anxiety and worried, which puts forwards the higher requirement for the clinical nursing, and the major methods in the clinical teaching in the department of neurology in the children’s hospital is to select the experienced teachers, divide the nurse students into groups according to the level and help them enhance the business ability, properly improve the teaching measures and integrate excellent nursing notions into various links, and we should evaluate the business skill of all nurse students and evaluate the satisfactory degree of service of the nurse students, and the excellent nursing teaching can make nurse students receive the teaching more close to the patients’ inner thus improving the nursing effect, in addition, adopting the excellent nursing notion for teaching can better combine the clinical knowledge with the practical operation, which helps nurse students deeply understand the mastered knowledge, and we should conduct the comprehensive analysis and evaluation and timely improvement according to the effect thus ensuring the successful and orderly implementation of the teaching activities in the continuous evaluation and improvement.

近些年來,许多患者在生活质量上有着愈来愈高的要求,从而使得优质护理理念也愈加受到医护人员的高度重视.通过优质护理不但可以实现对疾病的有效护理,而且还可以实现对患者生理和心理方面的有效护理,和患者内心的距离也更近[1].因为优质护理能够产生十分明显的服务效果.神经内科儿童患者,由于年龄小、表达能力差,很多家长也显得无能为力,加之该类疾病一般发病迅速,家长较为着急和焦虑,这就为临床护理提出了更高的要求[2].为了培养未来优秀的神经内科护理人员,该院在护理带教之中,积极融入了优质护理理念,也在神经内科实施的临床护理带教中,运用优质护理理念所取得较好的效果,充分显示了优质护理理念的正确性和有效性.

1 儿童医院神经内科临床带教的主要方法

1.1 选拔经验丰富的带教老师

在医院神经内科之中,选出从事护理工作4年以上、临床技能熟练、有丰富实践经验、善于交流的护理人员,全部带教人员都是主管护师、或者本科护师,都达到了要求的带教资格.

1.2 根据护生水平分组并帮助其增强业务能力

全部护生在入科之后的首日,带教老师要向其介绍科室人员和工作时间,并带领其熟悉整个护理环境.护士长要通过闭卷简答题的形式,对全部护生做摸底测试;在完成答题测试之后,还要对其做面试,以了解其在护理方面的思想认识、以及工作取向等内容.在考查护生自身的实际水平之后,通过取长补短的方式,将其划为不同的互补组,以帮助其增强业务能力[3].全部护生入科之后,还要为其讲解优质护理服务的具体含义,其中涉及到:人文护理和护理态度、还有饮食护理和心理护理等方面,而且要让其知晓如何书写正确的护理文书,以及熟悉医嘱执行、交接班工作流程和住院流程等事项.
